This morning something really weird happened to me and I don’t even know how to explain it properly.
Right when I woke up, I sat up in my bed — but I swear, it felt like I got up twice. Not physically, but like… first my soul got up, and then my body followed. It was as if my “self” moved before my actual body did, and for a second I just sat there like “wait… what was THAT?”
It didn’t feel like a dream or sleep paralysis or anything. I was fully awake, no confusion, no drowsiness. It genuinely felt like my soul or consciousness moved before my physical form did. I know it sounds crazy, but that’s exactly how it felt in the moment. Like my body was playing catch-up with me.
Has anyone else ever experienced something like that??
